Michels Canada supports Coquitlam firefighters

The Michels Canada crew working on the FortisBC Lower Mainland Intermediate Pressure System Upgrade (LMIPSU) pipeline project in Coquitlam were treated to a special lunch in Blue Mountain Park. On Aug. 23, the Coquitlam Fire Department members took time out of their busy day to dish up some mouth-watering BBQ for our crew.

In addition to the BBQ, about 20 suppliers and vendors donated gifts that were raffled off, and a 50/50 drawing was held with all proceeds benefiting the Coquitlam Firefighters Charitable Society.

The BBQ raised $3,650, bringing Michels year-to-date donation total to $22,625. Michels Canada supports the efforts of the Coquitlam Firefighters Charitable Society and is proud to sponsor this year’s 6th Annual Charity Gala.
