Scope

Michels was prime contractor for installation of a power cable duct under False Creek in conjunction with the Vancouver City Central Transmission Project. The duct and its 230 kilovolt transmission line required a 850-metre Horizontal Directional Drill. This was Vancouver's most significant power project in 30 years.
